Super Productivity was launched at the beginning of 2018 and is the first organisation in Bulgaria entirely focused on productivity. We provide online and live trainings, consulting services and events which help individuals, teams and companies to create their best work environment, work more efficiently and achieve more results, spending less time doing their tasks. We are also quite competent in remote work since our team consists entirely of freelancers and we operate/communicate fully remotely ourselves.

The person behind Super Productivity is Silvina Furnadzhieva. She is a pioneer in the field and one of the first productivity consultants in Bulgaria. Silvina is a specialist in productivity and work process optimisation and has rich experience in project management. She also has over 10 years of experience working remotely and managing remote teams.
Over the past fifteen years and more Silvina has managed several large online projects, trained several thousand people, and assisted in the development and optimisation of work processes and project management in various private and public sector organisations. Among her clients are GATE – the institute for big data for the benefit of an intelligent society, “Global Libraries – Bulgaria” program, NGOs, corporations and various businesses – from startups and solo entrepreneurs to medium and large companies.
The focus of her activity is work processes optimisation and the use of software for their effective management.
In her free time she likes travelling and reading, and as a member of the Sofia Team she is making her contribution to the development of more optimised and efficient urban environment.
Lauren Phillips has been a member of the Super Productivity team since 2020 in the role of Human Resources. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in start-up, tech and biopharma HR management with a strong track record of building and scaling successful teams and cultures. She worked as a digital nomad for 3 years and has over 10 years of remote work experience.
The focus of her work is on developing optimized HR strategies and processes for recruitment, talent management, performance management, change management, communications and remote work.
In her free time she can be found traveling and volunteering for humanitarian relief focused groups.
Kalina Peneva has been a member of the Super Productivity team since 2023 in the role of a Productivity consultant. She defines herself not so much as a business consultant but more of a business psychologist.
She takes interest in startups and in company management and reorganisation. Her focus is mainly on BPA (business process analysis), implementation and management, and human resources.
Kalina is an amateur photographer and plays/takes part in improvisational theatre. In her free time she likes travelling with her family.
Tsvetelina Toteva has been part of the Super Productivity team since 2022 in the role of a Productivity technology specialist. She is married with two children and she often works from home. She is the person in our team who creates websites and takes care of their support, she has rich experience in video recording and editing.
She is currently combining her activity with that of being a journalist for a weekly newspaper.
