Key Skills for Super Productivity – Optimised Edition

Description

What is effective productivity and why do we need it?

Good productivity means being able to achieve your goals with just the right amount of work – neither too little nor too much. It is not an innate talent some of us were born with, it’s a skill which anyone is able to develop. As I like to say, if I can do it, so can you. 🙂

I am Silvina, a productivity consultant and a project manager with over ten years of experience, and the founder of Super Productivity. I help business owners to plan, organise and develop their projects from the very beginning to the big success and to increase their personal effectiveness at work.

I started experimenting with different productivity techniques nine years ago when I found myself occupied with more duties than I could handle during my workday. Time was never enough for all the things I had on my plate, I was constantly under stress and my health started to deteriorate. Some things had to change.

At that moment I realised that personal productivity was a whole profession in itself, but there were very scarce materials in Bulgarian applicable to our reality and work style. So, I started adapting methodologies that have been working for years worldwide, testing them and applying them to my work. I also combined them with classical project management methodologies which I had used for the past ten years in my previous work. After learning how to be more productive I started my first business which went from a side hustle to a major source of income. I found out that my way of working was also applicable to the work of the team I was leading.

Five years ago I developed this way of working into my own methodology, I called it Super Productivity and started helping other business owners work more efficiently.

Throughout the years I kept hearing these two questions:

Can I also achieve super productivity since I don’t feel like organising well?

What qualities do super productive people have that the rest of us don’t?

The experience of a number of scientists, book authors and consultants (including me) indicates that the answer to the first question is “yes”. As for the second one…

Anyone can be super productive. Achieving results and goals does not depend on some hidden “magical” qualities that selected people are born with and others lack.

After my successful work with dozens of people I was able to derive 12 skills which are especially well developed in the most productive people: 6 basic and 6 upgrading. I have developed a new methodology based on practically applicable and tested experience with people from Bulgaria, which will help you too to develop these skills.

Participating in the program will help you to:

  • determine exactly what you want and how to achieve it;
  • live and work without stress;
  • automate repetitive tasks and free up time for the important things;
  • delegate so that the work is done perfectly without your involvement;
  • plan your perfect/ideal schedule with which you work on the things that suit you and bring you real pleasure;
  • overcome distractions and procrastination and learn to focus in an optimal way.

The program has had three successful editions so far in its original one year form, and in 2023 the fourth is underway. Read what pilot participants say about the ways the program has helped them.

For the first three years of its existence the program was twelve months long. After numerous customer inquiries and several months of closed tests its optimised edition is now available where you can enroll at any time, if there are places available, and go through all the modules in only three months.

What are the key skills for your super productivity?

The Key Skills for Super Productivity program lasts three months and includes three modules:

1. Module 1: Personal qualities and skills

a. self-care and optimal work form

b. adequate rest and prevention of burnout

c. focus

d. discipline and perseverance

e. delegation

2. Module 2: Basic planning and goal setting for individuals and teams

a. planning

b. goal setting

c. prioritising

d. task typology

3. Module 3: Workflow Design and Optimization

a. methodologies

b. optimisation of work processes and tasks

c. periodic analysis of results and further optimization

At the beginning of each month you receive structured online reading and materials which will help you to prepare for your next topic and will add to what you had learned in the preceding module.

Every last Thursday of the month all participants in the program attend an online group meeting with me during which we discuss case studies, share experience and summarise what you have learned during the month.

What’s more, throughout the duration of the program I am at your disposal for unlimited consultations at my personal e-mail address. And of course, everyone in the program joins a secret Facebook group where they can communicate with each other and with me without limit for the duration of the program/course.

During your participation in the program we identify real goals you want to work on and head towards achieving them step by step. At the end of the program some of the participants manage to achieve things they have  been procrastinating for years or are significantly closer to the ultimate goal than they have been ever before.

And even if you are working independently, you are not managing a business or a team, and you don’t even have a goal in mind at the start of the program, it can still be useful to you. Its theoretical part will teach you how to be organised and plan better and will prepare you for the moment when you will be ready to put it into practice.

How can I register for the program?

We currently have spots open for the next group. For registration, follow the steps:
